What personal data we collect
– Contact details: name, address, email address and phone number.
– Order details: products purchased, amount, payment method and delivery details.
– Account details: if you create an account, login details and order history are stored.
– Customer service matters: messages, images and other material you send us, for example in connection with a complaint or warranty claim.
– Technical information: IP address, browser, device and how you use the website (via cookies).
– For business customers: company name, company registration number and contact person.

Why we process your data and on what legal basis
– To handle and deliver your order, payment, returns and complaints (performance of contract).
– To meet the requirements of the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and other legislation (legal obligation).
– Customer service, fraud prevention and improving our website (legitimate interest).
– To send newsletters and offers (consent, or legitimate interest for existing customers). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
– Analytics and marketing via Google Analytics and Meta (consent).

Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We only share data when necessary, with:
– Shopify (platform for the online store and sending emails).
– Klarna (payment). Klarna is an independent data controller for its own processing, read more at https://www.klarna.com.
– Carriers such as DHL, PostNord and DB Schenker (delivery).
– Suppliers and manufacturers, for example Nilfisk, when needed for direct delivery, complaints or warranty claims.
– Google (Google Analytics, statistics on how the website is used).
– Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram, advertising and measuring ad performance via the Meta pixel).
– Authorities when required by law.

Google and Meta are only used if you have accepted analytics and marketing cookies.

Shopify, Google and Meta may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data
– Order details and accounting records are kept for 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
– Data related to complaints and warranty claims is kept for as long as the matter and the complaint period are ongoing.
– Account details are kept until you close your account.
– Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
– Necessary cookies are required for the website to work, for example the cart, login and checkout. These do not require consent.
– Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. Only used with your consent.
– Marketing cookies (Meta pixel) are used to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure how our ads perform. Only used with your consent.
