Användarvillkor

1. Purchase conditions
To shop on flextools.se you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. These terms apply to both consumers and business customers, and where they differ this is stated. For consumers, mandatory consumer legislation always applies, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. A business customer is anyone purchasing in the course of their business, for example with a company registration number or via company invoice.

3. Personal data
When you register or place an order, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never sell your personal data. Read more in our Privacy Policy (https://flextools.se/en/policies/privacy-policy).

4. Product information
We do our best to ensure that all product information is correct, but we reserve the right for errors in product information, sell-outs and stock levels at our suppliers. Colour and shade differences may occur between product images and reality due to lighting, screen settings and different production batches.

Always follow the included instructions and safety regulations. AB Flexsell Nordic is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, use contrary to the instructions or use outside the product's intended purpose. This does not limit your protection under the Swedish Product Liability Act or your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

5. Orders and prices
Orders can only be placed via the online store. Fake orders and attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

Payment is made securely via Klarna, which offers card (Visa/Mastercard etc.), direct payment and invoice. Read more at https://www.klarna.com. Business customers can also pay by company invoice.

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. No handling fees are added. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices. If a product has obviously been given an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we have the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched. You will then be notified and any payment will be refunded in full.

The agreement between you and us is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Shipping, delivery and returns
Information about shipping and delivery can be found in our Shipping Policy (https://flextools.se/en/policies/shipping-policy). Information about the right of withdrawal, open purchase, returns and complaints can be found in our Refund Policy (https://flextools.se/en/policies/refund-policy).

7. Warranty and technical assessment (Nilfisk products)
The warranty for Nilfisk products is provided by the manufacturer Nilfisk, which is the sole warrantor for its products. For consumers, the warranty is in addition to and does not limit the rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

All warranty claims are assessed and determined by Nilfisk according to their technical guidelines and usage specifications. Flexsell/Flextools forwards your claim and the material you provide to Nilfisk. We then pass on Nilfisk's assessment and the material provided by the manufacturer to you. We cannot influence, change or overrule Nilfisk's technical decisions in the warranty matter.

The warranty does not cover:
– faults caused by incorrect handling, overloading or use outside the machine's intended working range,
– damage occurring in commercial or industrial environments for which the model is not intended,
– recurring faults occurring in the same way as previously documented handling faults,
– normal wear and tear and consumables, or faults caused by lack of maintenance or the use of non-original parts.

Technical examination
Nilfisk decides whether a physical examination is to be carried out. If Nilfisk determines that the cause of the fault is already established on the basis of previous documentation or the area of use, they may decline a new service visit. This is standard practice and lies entirely within the manufacturer's decision.

Closing of warranty claim
When Nilfisk rejects a warranty claim, the warranty matter is closed at Flexsell/Flextools. By then we have provided all available material and cannot assist further in the matter.

Business customers: Nilfisk's technical assessment is also final in relation to Flexsell/Flextools. Further handling takes place directly with Nilfisk. Any dispute with us is settled in accordance with section 9.

Consumers: Your right to complain to us as the seller under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act always applies, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. See our Refund Policy (https://flextools.se/en/policies/refund-policy). If you are not satisfied with our assessment, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (see section 9).

8. Limitation of liability and force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, decisions by authorities, pandemics, disruptions at carriers or suppliers or similar events. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, loss of production or downtime, to the extent permitted by law. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. This does not limit liability under the Swedish Product Liability Act or mandatory consumer legislation.

9. Disputes and applicable law
We always strive to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. Swedish law applies to all purchases.

Consumers: If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, https://www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Disputes may also be tried by a general court.

Business customers: ARN does not hear disputes between businesses. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are settled by a general court, with the district court at AB Flexsell Nordic's registered office as the court of first instance. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order always apply to your purchase.
