Shipping methods
We deliver within Sweden with DHL, PostNord or DB Schenker. Your parcel is delivered to your pickup point or to the specified delivery address, and you will receive a text message or email when it is ready for pickup or has been delivered. When collecting from a pickup point you need valid ID and the shipment number.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost varies between products and is based on size, weight and packaging. Standard shipping starts from SEK 89 including VAT. The current shipping cost is shown for each product and always at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is only given with a special discount code from us.

Delivery time
Your order is normally dispatched within 2–14 business days after we receive it. If a product has a longer delivery time, for example because it is shipped directly from the supplier or during holiday periods, this is shown in the online store. We reserve the right for delays caused by our suppliers, public holidays or unusually high order volumes. If delivery is significantly delayed we will notify you, and as a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Inspection on delivery and transport damage
All goods are checked before dispatch. Always check the parcel when you receive it. Visible damage to the packaging must be reported immediately on collection to the carrier or pickup point. Then contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, at info@flextools.se or via the contact form (https://flextools.se/en/pages/kundtjanst) with your order number and pictures of the damage, and we will help you. As a consumer, you do not bear the risk for the goods until you have received them.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping and handling, currently SEK 250 per parcel. This does not apply if you exercised your right of withdrawal before the parcel was dispatched.
