Aluminum and stainless steel outdoor furniture should be cleaned regularly with water and mild soap. Always rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, which is especially important if the furniture is located near the sea where salt can be transported through the air. The salt can lead to corrosion that can cause peeling or bubbles in the paint. Do not wash the furniture with a high-pressure cleaner, as the surface can be damaged by the high pressure.
For maximum longevity, we recommend storing the furniture in a dry space, or under a furniture cover. Aluminum is a lightweight material, which makes your furniture easy to move.
The material is designed for outdoor use as it is weatherproof and resistant to both moisture and mold. Aintwood is therefore an optimal material for outdoor furniture. Avoid damage to the table by using coasters and not placing hot objects directly on the surface. Do not leave glass or similar objects directly in sunlight as this can cause the aintwood to melt, which in turn can lead to small craters forming on the tabletop. Aintwood is either brushed or sanded, and should therefore not come into contact with oil on it, which can contribute to stains.
For effective and easy cleaning, use a damp cloth, water and soap. Powdered cleaning agents can cause scratches in the material and should therefore be avoided. Aintwood has a melting point of 60-70 degrees.
