Hot Water Washer Type AVANT XL

Mobile hot water unit in a robust design with steam via a steam stage. Flexible, with high capacity. Built on a sturdy chassis with a stainless steel cover, equipped with easy-rolling wheels that facilitate moving the high-pressure washer.

The Avant XL is available with alternative capacities and stepless pressure regulation up to 200 bar and is equipped with a powerful diesel boiler for maximum water heating to a maximum of 100°C.

Suitable for, for example, rental companies, contractors, haulage companies, agriculture, etc.

This high-pressure washer is equipped with an effective steam mode that makes it possible to quickly and easily remove visible weeds. The steam eliminates above-ground weeds without chemicals and is a perfect alternative for those who want to work in an environmentally friendly way.

For deeper and more long-lasting control, the temperature can be raised to 95°C, allowing you to feed hot water directly into the roots. The high heat penetrates the soil and helps eliminate weeds from the roots.

The effect always depends on the type of weed and how it is rooted in the ground, and therefore no machine can guarantee complete removal in all situations. But if you are looking for a high-pressure washer with steam function for weed control, this is the right choice.

The XL variant that has been offered also has a longer heating coil, which provides higher and more stable heat for even better results.

Included components:

Pump: Oil-bath lubricated 3-cylinder piston pump. The pump is made of corrosion-resistant material, stainless steel and brass pump head. Especially service-friendly, checking and possibly topping up oil is practically the only maintenance.

Safety: The pump is equipped with a factory-set return and safety valve as well as an automatic on/off switch. Pressure switch and thermostat on the burner protect the boiler from overheating.

Chemicals: The manufacturer reserves the right to approve washing chemicals before they are used in the machine.

Motor: 3 phase 400V, 50 Hz. Starter contact with built-in overvoltage relay (motor protection) that protects the motor from overload.

Heating system: Boiler with oversized tube package (heating coil). Powerful diesel-driven burner with stepless thermostat regulation of water temperature up to 100°C as standard.

Hose: Reinforced high-pressure hose.

Spray gun: Highly insulated nozzle valve with spring-loaded handle that can be locked in the closed position. Can be ordered with single or double spray lance.

Pressure regulation: Pressure is regulated steplessly on the instrument panel

Standard equipment: 10 m reinforced high-pressure hose, spray gun with spray lance and 5 m electric cable
