BioFlex Powder Pad is a m i crobial product intended for the maintenance of drains, grease separators and septic systems.
The bacterial strains are specially selected for their ability to break down fat and organic solids, preventing further fat build-up. The bacterial strains produce a wide range of extracellular hydrolytic enzymes that aid in the biodegradation in grease traps and septic systems, such as fat, starch, protein and cellulose. BioFlex Powder Pad can also be used successfully in pump sumps, drains and drinking towers.
BioFlex Powder Cushion is intended as a single dose. Use one bio pillow per day (applies to most facilities) Place the pillow in lukewarm water and stir. The bag dissolves in a few minutes and then pour the solution into a grease trap or drain. Dosing should take place at slow flow or when no activity is taking place.
- Prevents build-up of grease and lime deposits in drains, grease separators, pump sumps and urinals
- Reduces COD, BOD and suspended matter. (suspended matter (SS) is a measure of the organic and inorganic particles that can settle)
- Removes bad odors
- Reduces the production of dangerous and harmful gases in the pump/sumps
- Removes deposits from soap scum and body fat in pipes from showers and sinks
- Removes deposits and sludge from drinking tower drains and collection trays
BioFlex Powder Cushion is intended as a single dose
