Loctite 222 Thread locking, 50ml

LOCTITE® 222 is a low strength threadlocker that allows adjustment of screws, including countersunk head screws and set screws. Suitable for low strength metals such as where there is a risk of breakage during disassembly, e.g. aluminum and brass. The product works on all metals, including passive materials (eg stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces). Tests show that it is resistant to minor contamination from industrial oils, e.g. machine oils, anti-corrosion oils and cutting fluids.

- Ideal for weak thread locking of adjusting screws, countersunk head screws and set screws.
- Prevents self-looseness in vibrating parts, e.g. pumps, gearboxes and presses.
- Particularly suitable for small thread sizes.
