CWA is a specially formulated concentrate that has been developed to create an ecological product for the reduction/removal of petroleum hydrocarbons, successfully and cost-effectively reducing odors and pumping frequency for recycled laundry wastewater.
Overview
In a recovery wash, wastewater, petroleum-based, contributes
degreasing formulations, detergents, dirt/dust particles and traffic dirt to
the origin of organic pollutants, especially aromatic compounds.
Some aromatic compounds (eg benzene) are harmful to humans and the environment;
therefore, remediation or removal of the contaminants is necessary to prevent that
bad odor develops.
Microbial mixtures have been used for years to successfully control odors in
high traffic areas such as washrooms, animal waste lagoons and grease traps.
The scientifically selected, non-pathogenic class 1, spore-forming Bacillus strains that
found in the CWA will reduce odors by digesting malodorous compounds
and will effectively exclude odor-causing bacteria from the system.
Technical characteristics of CWA
The product is a water-based liquid consisting of highly biodegradable surfactants, builders and selected bacterial cultures. The surfactant combination makes oils, hydrocarbons and other organics readily available to the bacteria, encouraging biodegradation and resulting in a highly effective cleaning and odor control program.
Application
CWA is an aqueous non-solvent based environmentally friendly solution to reduce
or eliminate bad odors from recycled wash water systems such as in car, bus and truck washes etc. The concentrated formula is ready to use and can be used in doses between 100ml to 500ml per day to most recycling units up to 30m3 CWA is designed to improve the quality of wash water , reduce bad odors and extend pump out frequencies.
Instructions for use for diluted product:
The product is designed to be dosed into the reclaimed water in an amount of approximately 20 to 40ml per cubic meter of tank volume, local conditions may require adjustments, a minimum dose of 250ml should be used for tanks with a volume up to 10m3. CWA can be injected daily as a single dose via a peristaltic pump or similar dispenser to ensure daily continuity of dosage.

Bacteria specification, type and safety:
Bacteria count 1x109/ml. The microorganisms in the formulation are all naturally occurring Class 1 Bacillus strains. They have not been genetically modified in any way. Only strains recognized as non-pathogenic to humans, animals or plants are included in this product.
