The JiWaCharge bike battery locker is a robust charging cabinet designed for the secure storage and charging of e-bike batteries outdoors. The cabinet is manufactured in Sweden and built from Magnelis steel with C5-rated corrosion protection, ensuring a long service life even in demanding Nordic environments.
The battery cabinet compartments are spacious and have excellent continuous ventilation. Each compartment is equipped with an IP-rated earthed socket and an individual code lock (IP65) for easy and secure charging. The charging cabinet is dimensioned for 16A and is equipped with a 16A fuse, which enables stable operation of all charging stations simultaneously. Available with four or eight compartments and can be customized to your needs, for example with RFID locking. The charging cabinets are supplied with a 3-meter power cable with a plug; the cable is pulled in at the back through the floor plinth or from underneath.
A practical choice for those who want to offer outdoor storage and charging for e-bike batteries, reduce fire risks indoors, and at the same time strengthen your systematic fire protection work (SBA).
The battery cabinets can also be ordered without electricity, with a solution for a concrete foundation or a base plate for a concrete block. Sheet thickness: Frame/roof: 1.25 mm. Doors/floor: 2 mm. As standard, the color of the roof is red RAL3020 and the cabinet is gray RAL7011.

– Tested by RISE according to IEC/EN 60335-1:2023+A11:2023 for safe charging and use in outdoor environments where non-instructed persons handle the equipment. This standard is used for electrical products intended for the public, which ensures a high level of safety.
Fire tested at RISE: JiWaCharge has been tested at RISE with real e-bike batteries that were forced into thermal runaway. The tests showed that the cabinet maintained its structural integrity even during a severe fire process.
