Leakseal is a user-friendly, rubberized protective coating developed to fill and seal leaks and cracks. Leakseal provides a waterproof, flexible seal on metal, aluminum, PVC, masonry, asphalt-based roofing materials, fiberglass, vinyl siding, etc.

Features:
- Seals leaks and cracks
- Waterproof smooth finish
- Can be painted over with water- or oil-based paint

Drying times at 20°C and 50% Rel. Humidity
- Touch dry: 20-30 minutes
- Manageable: 45-60 minutes
- Overpaintable: On its own after 20-30 minutes, with water-based or oil-based paint after 24 hours.
- Full cure: 24 hours
