HeartSave Y is the latest defibrillator from Primedic.
The HeartStart Y is equipped with a number of features to assist the user in an emergency situation.
User-friendly
• Clear voice instructions in Swedish guide the user step by step through analysis and defibrillation.
• Clear images show user flow and electrode placement.
• An educational CPR support, with a pacer, guides the user during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Adaptive volume adjustment, i.e. the sound level is adjusted to the surroundings.
• The "child mode" button allows you to switch to treating children (defined as 1-8 years or under 25 kg), without changing electrodes. As one of the few defibrillators on the market, it also adapts the CPR instruction to 15:2, which is the latest guidelines for treating children.
• A clear and distinct OK indication means that you can see at a glance that the defibrillator is ready to use.
• The defibrillator is normally delivered in two languages, Swedish and English. Up to four languages are available upon order.
• A CPR kit with emergency supplies, such as a razor and scissors, is in a smart package on the back of the defibrillator.
• HeartSave Y has IP class 55, which means it is a robust defibrillator that is dust and water protected
• Thanks to the hard shell and integrated handle, no bag is needed.
Easy maintenance
• The defibrillator performs self-tests every day.
• Data after a rescue operation can be easily transferred via USB.
• Can be easily updated to new guidelines, for example, via USB.
• The battery has a stand-by time of up to 5 years, at least 4 years.
• Electrodes have a shelf life of up to 5 years, minimum 4 years.
