Refug 100 is an environmentally friendly, two-component sealant for cold use. It is elastic and is used to seal cracks and joints.
Area of application
- Cracks from 2 mm and up.
- Sealing asphalt joints.
- Transitions between asphalt and concrete.
- Can be used on asphalt, concrete and other solid building materials.
Properties
- High permanent elasticity and plasticity.
- Stable at both high and low temperatures.
- Adheres very well to the surface.
- Excellent resistance to UV radiation, aging and weathering.
- Run over after about 15 minutes.
- Fully cured after approximately 1 hour at 25°C.
- Contains no solvents.
User guide
- The cracks must be free of dust and loose materials.
- The material should be between +15°C and +30°C during use.
- The outdoor temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
- The surface should be dry or slightly damp/absorbent for optimal adhesion.
- Concrete cracks should be pre-treated with primer, e.g. REactive primer.
- Can be sprayed to create friction on the surface.
- Equipment can be cleaned with ArClean or other bitumen solvents.
- Store frost-free.
