Isola Sealant is a fiber-reinforced and rubber-reinforced asphalt putty with additives that provide adhesion even on damp surfaces (e.g. for emergency repairs in the rain). Isola Sealant creates an elastic and tight joint that is highly resistant to all types of weather.
The product is used for repairing minor damage, joint leaks and cracks in corrugated iron roofs. Larger joints and blisters (cut open) are reinforced with glass fibre fabric. Isola Sealant is also suitable for repairing sheet metal joints on concrete and wood and for sealing wooden boats.
Isola Sealant is easy to apply with a spatula without prior heating. Can be diluted with a small amount of white spirit if necessary.
